Try any of our classes for FREE. Let us guide you through your first workout. Your first class will be closely accompanied by an experienced CrossFit coach, modifying each section of our WOD (Workout of the Day) according to your ability and fitness level to give you the most accurate experience of what our CrossFit programme entails. If after your first taste of CrossFit you are hungry for more, then we can talk serious business.
